WHY CIRCUMSTANCE?
In 2023, my life shifted in ways I never saw coming. After five transformative years co-hosting a podcast, I felt a stirring. I had an urge to dig deeper, to explore more. One night, I woke abruptly with a single word echoing in my mind: Circumstance. I scribbled it down. From that moment, a new concept began to take shape.
Within days, stories started finding me. They were raw, real, and resonant. I believe that things happen for a reason. Whether we are navigating situations we chose or ones that chose us, it is in the reckoning that we discover our strength, our voice, and sometimes our purpose.
Circumstance is a space for those stories. Stories that inspire, educate, and reveal truths we often keep tucked away. THE SHOW
Circumstance Podcast is a collection of stories and interviews of real-life circumstances that have genuinely altered, enhanced, and impacted the lives of my guests. I learned a lot being one half of the Two Fab Femmes podcast and decided to shift gears and focus on true-life stories that I feel should be shared and that most people can relate to in some way and, if not, learn from hearing about some of life’s many challenging and uplifting circumstances.
PODCASTER BIO
GINA CAFASSO is a writer, podcaster, marketer, and coffee lover. Born and raised in an Italian family of chefs, she knows how to spice up her stories with a dash of realism and a pinch of humor. She started her artistic journey as a dancer but soon discovered her talent for co-creating screenplays, music, and short films. As host of the Circumstance podcast, she explores how life’s many ups and downs challenge and change us. She is one of the originators of the Two Fab Femmes podcast, which she co-hosted for five years, sharing many insights on topics geared toward women’s empowerment. When she is not behind the mic or the keyboard producing and editing, she is an experienced, creative, seasoned Marketer. She admits that she needs a lot of caffeine to keep up with her hectic schedule, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
